  • Duplicate Charges: If your account was charged multiple times for the same service or credit pack.

Refund Period

  • Request Deadline: Refund requests must be made within 5 days of the payment date. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Credit Usage: Refunds will be adjusted based on the portion of credits already used. For example, if you've used 30% of your purchased credits, you may receive a refund for the remaining 70%, subject to our approval.

  • Service Changes: If we make significant changes to our service that materially affect your ability to use what you purchased, we may offer prorated refunds or credit extensions on a case-by-case basis.
  • Extended Service Outages: For prolonged service outages (24+ hours), we may offer compensation in the form of additional credits or extended subscription periods instead of monetary refunds.
